Log in to your account and click the "Repay early" button. You will be offered two options:
- Repay in full
- Repay partially
Pick “Repay in full."
If you don't see the “Repay early” button, it means that you have just recently had a payment due and we have not refreshed your account yet, or that you have a payment pending. In these cases, we block early repayments in order to avoid overcharging you.
Please bear in mind that, due to the nature of direct debit, the request will be fulfilled on the earliest charge date, which is typically 3-4 working days after you click “Repay in full.” We will be informed that the payment went through, on the next working day, around noon. As a result of this lag, you will not be able to take out your second advance until this transaction is processed and we have been informed. As soon as the new payment is taken into account in your outstanding balance, the button will reappear.
