Log in to your account and click the "Repay early" button.
You will be offered two options:
- Repay in full
- Repay partially
Pick “Repay in full." You will then be able to pay the amount via a debit card.
If you don't see the “Repay early” button, it means that you have just recently had a payment due and we have not refreshed your account yet, or that you have a payment pending. In these cases, we block early repayments in order to avoid overcharging you.
As soon as the new payment is taken into account, which should be immediate of the payment went through, you will be able to see the button to request the second advance.
Please note that if your direct debit mandate has been cancelled then you will need to get in touch with us to reinstate your mandate before we can disburse your second advance.
