If you are within the 14 day withdrawal period, please get in touch with us to withdraw from the credit agreement.
If you are now beyond the initial 14 day withdrawal period, but have not taken any advances and want to cancel your membership, please get in touch with us. Please note that any overdue membership fees will need to be paid before we can cancel the credit agreement. We will not be able to reimburse the fees for any of the previous months of your membership.
If you have an advance outstanding or have used one or two advances but don't currently have any outstanding balance and want to cancel, you must contact us and request an early settlement amount. We will inform you of you the amount you still owe, and after you've paid it in full your membership will be terminated. The early settlement amount can either be paid via a bank transfer or by direct debit. Please note that while the bank transfer will be immediate, the direct debit transaction will take 3-4 working days to be charged. Once we confirm receipt of this amount, we will be able to cancel your account.
