Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to raise a formal complaint. If you complaint contains extremely sensitive information, or you'd rather communicate via other means, please let us know via email first.
Please remember to include your name, address, postcode, email address and your preferred contact number and provide as much information about your complaint as possible to ensure a quicker response time.
We value complaints as a way for us to make Creditspring better. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours (and hopefully a lot sooner!).
If you are not happy with the way we resolved your complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. We will conduct a new review and try to get it sorted.
