If you think you can't pay us back on time, please let us know as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know, the more help we can be. At the very least, try to tell us at least five working days before your next payment is due. We'll work with you to figure out how to resolve the outstanding amount in a way that works for both of us.
In case you were not able to let us know in advance and you miss any monthly membership fee payments or the repayments of advances, you can clear the overdue amount via a debit card payment by logging in to your Creditspring account. Please know that we will not be able to accept credit card payments. If this payment is made within the 7 day grace period after the scheduled charge date, we will not report the payment as late to the Credit Reference Agencies.
If you cannot make this payment via a debit card, we can schedule a one-off repayment to be charged on the earliest charge date (usually in 3-4 working days). Again, if the request to schedule this one-off repayment is made within the 7 day grace period, we will not report the payment as late to the Credit Reference Agencies.
Please note payments reported as missed or late can lower your credit score and severely damage your ability to access credit from other providers in the future. We're obligated to report late repayments to Credit Reference Agencies. We report late and missed repayments of advances as well as monthly membership fees.
